What you are looking at

MasterMind: one agent session (Claude, opencode). A blue top: its turn, a report came home and it decides what's next.
Machine: one binding: a planner, builder, checker or reviewer. Its role is written on it.
Working: a round is open on this machine right now.
Stale: a round recorded as open long past its time.
Chain: a line relevo runs by itself, carrying the work from machine to machine. Filled dots: done; the large one: at work; hollow: still to come.
Compact line: a line drawn small for lack of room: one small block per machine.
relevo: the strip that carries every file between the MasterMinds and their machines.
Belts: solid: work going out to the machines. Dashed: reports coming home.
Parcels: a file in transit. Solid blue: a plan. Dashed: a report or findings. Orange: needs you.
+N: that many more not drawn: machines on a line, lines of a MasterMind, MasterMinds.
